Realmweaver Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website realmweaverstudios.com and its associated products, including Nexora and Collectr's Crypt. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need, we don't sell your data, and we try to be transparent about everything we do with it.

We collect information in two ways — automatically when you visit our site, and directly when you choose to provide it.

Automatically collected

• Page views, session duration, and navigation patterns via Google Analytics (GA4)
• General geographic location (country/region level — not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referring website or source

Information you provide

• Email address, if you join a waitlist or sign up for a product
• Discord username or ID, if you interact with our Discord bot or community
• Game server details (IP, port, name), if you use Nexora to monitor servers
• Collection data (items, values, notes), if you use Collectr's Crypt

We use the information we collect to:

• Understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it
• Contact you about products you've signed up for or expressed interest in
• Operate and deliver our products (Nexora, Collectr's Crypt)
• Send product announcements, updates, and launch notifications (only if you've opted in)
• Respond to support requests or questions

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to track interactions with our site. The data collected is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

• _ga — Google Analytics. Distinguishes unique users. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_* — Google Analytics. Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Our products and website interact with the following third-party services:

• Discord — Nexora operates as a Discord bot. Discord's own privacy policy governs data processed within their platform.
• Google Analytics — Used for website analytics as described above.
• Game servers — Nexora queries game servers you specify. We process server status data (player counts, latency, uptime) on your behalf.

We do not share your personal data with any of these third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the services.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law:

• Waitlist email addresses are held until the relevant product launches and you have been notified, or until you request removal
• Server monitoring data in Nexora is retained per your subscription plan (7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Enterprise)
• Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Discord server. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
